Career Readiness

The Office of Career Readiness prepares students for life beyond graduation by connecting classroom learning to real-world experiences. Through early career exposure, skill development, and meaningful work-based learning, we partner with local employers to help students discover their strengths, build confidence, and pursue successful futures in college, career, military, and community. We believe there are multiple paths to success, and early exposure to careers helps students explore and choose the path that is right for them.
