Mrs. Latrica Jackson-Bracey

I am a highly-motivated educator with an exceptional sense of style and class. I am a native of Hartsville, South Carolina; where I received my formal education and graduated from Hartsville High School in 1992. I attended Chris Logan Career College where I received a License in Cosmetology in 1995. I attended Florence-Darlington Technical College where I received an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Technology with a concentration in Programming in 1999. I attended Coker College where I received a Bachelor's of Art Degree in Criminology in 2008. I attended Salem International University were I received a Master Degree in International Business Administration in 2009 and another Master Degree in Healthcare Administration from Salem International University in 2010.
I am currently employed by Darlington County School District where I work as an Business Education Instructor and one of the DECA advisors. I am also the owner and hairstylist of Stylz by La'C's.
I have three years of teaching experience on the secondary level and fourteen years of experience as a Student Data Manager for Darlington County School District. God has truly blessed me with a loving and caring soul-mate, two beautiful children and four adorable grandchildren. I enjoy working and being around children because they are a joy and each child is unique.
My hobbies include spending time with my family, motorcycle riding, and shopping. I am a active member of Myrtle Chapter 56 Order of Eastern Star, SC Guardian ad Litem Program, Notary Public, the SCEA, SCBEA, and NBEA .
What inspires me the most about teaching is being able to actually give students some knowledge, give them something I have.
I am enthusiastic about being a PACE recipient for the 2015-16 school year.
